Okay, I think he's saying that when he turns the steering wheel (while driving) he can let it go and it won't move (re-align itself so the car straightens out). That's my best guest but I only speak limited ghetto canadian, eh.

Anyway...have you lost power steering or is it just sticking like this?

even if you lose power steering the car will straighten itself out. It has to be something else.

Check your ball joints, if one is seized the car will not return to centre. The best way to check them is to remove the outer tie rod from the steering knuckle and try turning the wheel it should be easy.

If that stuff is set wrong, but it's the same side-to-side, then it won't pull.

Could be seized ball joints, or a seized rack. Lift the front end & see if the steering works nice & smooth. Without extra friction. We can't tell that from here.

ur power steering rack could be going out... sometimes those pistons inside get stuck and you need to move em urself... have all ur steering components checked out
