????????? WTF ????
I'm asking for anyone's input as to what the possible root cause of these codes could be, not the normal sounds of a code free start-up.
FYI:
Airpump and it's relay check out fine.

how did you check the relay and pump? was it ever removed and reinstalled b/w having the engine running? all hoses are connected properly? Vacumn lines are connected properly to the purge valve and canistor?

every single thing checks out fine and all lines are routed correctly....I just can not seem to figure this one out....
pump and relay were not touched prior to the code being thrown

I removed my air pump after I installed my test pipe. It thought that the converter never warmed up, so it ran all the time. Have you recently added a CAI and accidentally got the vaccum lines crossed?

what was done prior to the code popping up? any mods? There have been instances that the pump itself has failed or become faulty. If the vacumn hose that connects to the purge valve and canister is hooked up backwards, the same code will be on.

What was the conclusion to this problem? I have a s2000 at my shop that throws
a p0411 intermitently. Every thing seems to check out fine. The car does have a
cold air intake. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
