Well i dunno if this belongs here but it is turbo related.

As most of you know i am doing the Vitara pistons setup in my car and my project is stuck due to the only reason that my turbo has not arrived yet.

I bought my turbo from TurboCalculator.com on the 1st of June and today is the 8th of July and i havent gotten it, which has me really mad cause i expected to have my car finished by now and be able to run on a Honda night event at the track thats gonna be in a few days.

So i need help with info on this place. Has anyone bought or know exactly the location of this place? State,town? anything.

The last email i got from them said that they "shipped" my turbo Thursday June 24 but up to today..NADA. They even said they would get back to me with a tracking number but again after 2 weeks of "shipment" ..NADA ..I mean..how long can it take to get a tracking number? Please!!!! Thats something that's provided at the moment.

I call the phone number on the site(toll free) and someone answers but they said that all questions related to orders are answered only through email and that i have to send them an email because theyre at the shop working(you can hear machinery in the backround like if it was a Machine shop or something)

I need to track these guys and i want my Turbo!!! Can anyone help me out?
I dont live in the continental USA and English is not my first language,even though i understand,write it and speak it sometimes i still scramble the words.

Last email i sent was 2 days ago asking for the damn tracking # and if they could give me any info on how they shipped the turbo(USPS,UPS Fed EX....etc). No response after 2 days.

I just filled a Paypal complaint but since its more than 30 days i dont think Paypal will do anything.

 

Can someone call their toll free number and find out where are they located?

My english sucks and they talk too fast for my ears....
