ITR Thief BUSTED
Thanks to good police work, since it was not just considered a GTA because they broke into my home, a print left on my window turned up a hit in AFIS and an arrest has been made. The chasis is being processed and I will keep you updated if others are ratted out or AFIS turns up anything further.

hope PA is tougher on criminals...than california
a neighbor kid did the following and only did 1 year. or 2 years with 50% time
1. stole a $80,000 s500 benz.
2. then used the registration from the car to break into the guys home.
3. stole 2 handguns.
4. was pulled over because he was under the influence, and had the car, the guns. and left his prints at the guys house..
possession of stolen property, felon in possession of firearms were both dropped. and they went the easy way and just gave him a burglary charge nothing else.
this is what happens when you have too many criminals and not enough space to keep them.

Hell yeah mang.........damn this has been the second of two good endings this week. I mean it sux that your cars have been stolen in the first place but ****...when was the last time anybody was actually tied to the theft. i hope that dood gets what he deserves...keep us updated for sure mang!

fawk yea, best thread evarrr!! well, except for the part that your car did get stolen. but yea down with the thieves, im guessing your going to file all maximum charges?? say yes

If his family is rich, sue him for emotional distress and cash in.
Hate to say it, but if he names a name he'll get a light punishment.

The Middle East does do one thing right....and thas pucish criminals! I think that is one thing we could learn from them!
Thieves should loose a hand on the first offense, the other hand on the second offense, and their heaed on the third offense. Just think how much safer our R's would be then!!!
