I can't sleep without music and now that I listen to music all day at work, I can't sleep period *cough*...

Could someone with a stock (engine wise) ITR throw their car up on jackstands (front at least) and make a nice quality recording of their exhuast As they go through the gears (as if going for a calm drive, get on it, act like your on a road course, etc)....

Just a thought. I know it would help a lot of us sleep or practice handshakes.

I'll pay whoever does it $10 at EXPO.

Get into a regular schedule.

Get more exercise.

Get a routine (whatever it is - doesnt matter) that you do every night before you go to sleep. Do the same thing every night, and within a few weeks you'll be asleep in 10 minutes.

 

Rub one out before bed. You'll knock out in a jippie
