what size are the speakers in the 94 civic?

6 1/2" (2 in front and 2 in back)

the civic hatch only has two of them in the front (6.5's) I believe 93-95 Si hatch has them in the rear also (not sure about this).

Yeah it's an option for the rear speakers I believe, if you don't have the grilles in the back from the factory you'll have to find some of those panels, or buy some, or cut holes if you really wanted to...

You can fit 6 x 9's in the rears of the hatch. what are you talking about sedan, coupe, hatch?
