engine started.....now new problem
now when i start it and it runs the oil light stays on, the oil is full (not overfull
) i have double and triple checked t3h wires and it cant be that......the strange thing is this when you rev it, sometimes the light will flicker and sometimes it will turn off completely for a bit, then it comes back on.......any suggestions?

i have thought the same thing, but the only thing that is bugging me is why does the light sometimes turn off, etc

**** me too.....lol either way i have an ls block with a pump and screen that i KNOW FOR A FACT are both good.....if need be, i will use those
