Default B18C1 or B18C for Del Sol

I currently have a 95' Honda Del Sol with a D15B7 motor. I found out for myself the motor is a little sluggish. This is why I bring up a motor swap. I have been thinking about puttin in a B18C1 or B18C(not type-r). I was just wondering which one would be better for my car. I would love to drop in a C5, but its out of my price range. Any info would be apprieciated
