Default Axles binding !!!!

My axle is binding pretty bad. I broke a new axle yesterday after 10minutes of driving, well I did a 8000 grand shift to second and it broke in half . I was using a b16 intermediate shaft before with 89 integra driver side, so I changed it and it was still doing it. I figured maybe my intermediate shaft was bad so I bought a 91 integra intermediate shaft and 90 integra left side axles and its still doing it. My car is lowered but not that extreme. I also noticed that it started doing this when I installed my LSD. Has anyone else run into this problem before?

90-91 Integra intermediate shaft is the same as the JDM S1/J1... I know the Y1 is different, and the YS1 might be, but I'm not sure.

My car isn't terribly low.https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=881032
Is their any other combinations that work. It only happens when I turn my wheel all the way to the right. Its fine in a straight line.
Is anyone aware of the rubber ring on the outer peice of the axle, you usually see this when the axle is new. Well when I went to take out the new axle the ring was all chewed up, but that still didn't fix the problem after I put it all back together.

I have a J1 trans with the whole differential from lsd equiped first gen b16. The intermediate is from the tranny they gave me so I"m not sure its a j1, s1,ys1, buts a b16 intermediate shaft, but I changed that out for a 90 integra and its still does it so.........
