To start off, the car is either a HF, Si or a Standard, there was no "DX" in the '86 model year.
Supposing it is a Si, the USDM engine for that car was the SOHC 12 valve EW3 (also known as the D15A3) with 91 hp.
It appears someone has swapped in an Integra DOHC D16A1 engine and transmission. If it has the brown top D16A1, it has about 108hp. The black top D16A1 has about 5 more hp. The D16A8 was sold in that car in Japan and Europe; they have about 125hp.
