15psi would yield what times and traps?

15psi on the drag2 would give 12's 13's? Stock head, 9.0:1 built bottom end. koni struts. possible slicks as well.
Car feels strong, but there is no track in town. Need more info?

ive seen low 13s on street tires with an stock ITR engine with a Rev Hard kit...boosting somewhere between 10-15psi..dont remember exact psi..but it made 320hp to wheels.
