1993 hpnda civic wont start when cold in the mornings
my 1993 honda civic wont start when it cold, it will start if the enginecold in the afternoon and the suns out, but if the outside temp is to cold and the engine is also cold it wont start, it will fire but wont turn ove.this is relr starting to get to me so any advice will be handy
