I switched out b16a3 for a b16a using the same intake manifold and wiring harness and distributor in a 94 honda del slow...
OK switched parts in the distributor. I have spark and fuel..

Switched ECUs and still the car does not start. Played with timing ect..
I even put in some starter fluid and nothing....checked timing belt and it's Top dead center...changed out gas...nothing....

It stutters a bit but does not really start.

Can manifold leak or cloged fuel filter cause it not to start?
car was running fine before it injested water and vaporllocked the engine.

What can it be?
