Just aquired a 2000 Civic SI with Sonar Dual angle Eye headlights. They look sweet but one of the halo bulbs isnt working. Is it wiring/eletrical or is the bulb burnt out? Where would I get a bulb for it, cant seem to find any one the internet???

Check if there is current going through the harness. Check if the harness is connected properly.

 

Well, all but one of the Halo's work, do they make replacements for the bulb??

 

Halos? What about the main bulb for the high and low beam? How do you replace those? They're not even standard US bulbs
