Default Need Help with my JDM Obd1 pr3 ecu PLEASE LOOK!!!!

ok guys i was wondering what is the vtec over point for a JDM obd1 pr3 ecu?? it's the ecu with the three grey plugs. I really need to know because my vtec is hitting to late on my b16a i think i hear it hit at 6000rpm. my friend has the same motor but it's first gen b16a. he's running the obd 0 pr3 ecu you can hear his hit at 5000rpm and he walks away from me everytime. Now what my question is what is the vtec switch over point for a obd 1 p30 ecu?? the p30 comes from the obd1 doch vtec del sol. please let me know i would appreciate it thanks

not sure where you got your info from, but i happen to own a few Non OBD PR3's and i have a OBD-1 PR3 as well as a OBD-1 P30. PR3 came Non OBD as well as OBD.

your friend probably beats you everytime because of a bunch of different reasons.

1. Car model (weight)
2. Modz done to motor
3. Driving skill
4. Condition of motor.

Your VTEC for your OBD1 Pr3 is 6200. I belive you posted before and I told you.
So why are you posting up and asking it over?

correct, that only came in Japan and is a VERY RARE ECU. I think it comes from a civic with a B16 swap. P30 comes from the del sol
