Yes, they are used. I don't remember mileage, but I'm guessing at around 3-4k miles. Take a look at the pads, they have a LOT of meat left.

I doubt they need to be turned but I'm not a brake expert. Never had any problems with them, but got brembo's before I sold my car.

You asked a price, I gave you one. If you didn't want to buy it seriously, then you shouldn't have asked.

It's business, not personal. Just trying to get some old stuff out. The brakes are fine, not broke or warped. Pads have LOTS of life left.
