Default Build b20/vtec or go Built GSR at 84mm

I currently have a b20 but like some characteristics of the gsr better for boost , like the stock girdle and oil squirters. I can get a gsr bottem end for 50 bucks that needs built but then i need a head any way but thats not hard to get. Now should i go with the gsr or b20/vtec 450+ whp is my goal on this motor... i feel that vtec is best on a vtec motor but tell me what you guys think will do best. My current setup can more than do 450+ easy on any built motor but my b20 turbo is getting way too much torque for me to go without the vtec head so when i build it i want to lower torque and tach higher and vtec seems to be the cheapest route.

Through my experiences, if youc an go with a Vtec block, DO IT. Ls/Vtecs that I have built all leak in the front pass. corner(yes, all decked properly), just a small drip of coolant. Put some Bars-leak in there, and it goes away, but that **** is messy as hell.
