I think almost Blown Motor After 2 Days!!!
if your rod bearings are bad dont drive the car anymore or you will damage the crank and you can strech the rod out as well.
I was reading on another forum that the knocking could be from the oil pump. The post said that the oil pump may become dry, and the knocking noise is from the motor saturating the oil pump up. When I heard it, the knocking as I said lasted for about 10 secs, then went away. The usualy smoke came out of the exhaust, which is normal white smoke from a cold start in the morning! Could that be the culprit???
Also the knocking went away when the car warmed up, and it drove like it did when I got it back from the turbo installation!!!

Check the bearings. If it's time for an oil change - then pull the pan and have someone inspect your crank assembly.
BPR - who now knows the sound of a spun bearing (not good)
