all those with cable b16 transmission, help me!!

I have a first gen. b16 y1 transmission, this transmission does not have the 4.40 final drive, the gears are slighly longer than those of the USDM b16 and the ITR with the 4.40 final drive.
I'm thinking of buying an S1 or J1 b16 cable transmission with the 4.40 final drive, how much beneficial would this transmission help me?? How much smaller are all the gears compare to my Y1 b16 transmission? Now, while traveling 80 mph on fifth gear, I'm slighly under 4000 RPM. I know with the 4.40 final drive S1 and J1 transmission the going 80 mph on fifth gear, I would be at about 4500 rpm, but how much smaller are the rest of the gears?? Should I upgrade to the S1 and J1 transmission??

i'd say at 8k it would be aprox:
1 - 40mph
2 - 60mph
3 - 80mph
4 - 100mph
ive got the S1...as for your question of is it worth it...i couldnt really say because the S1 is all ive experianced...i def dont like the 4.40 final drive jsut because its not as easy on the gas mileage...but i love the accleration through all the gears.

the s1 tranny is pretty much useless unless you are racing all the time and have alot of money to spend on gas.
First and Second gear are pretty much the same thing.
I find myself shifting from 1st to 3rd to 5th, when i am lazy or in traffic.
this is with a b18c and the jdm s1.
also, alot of times normal cars behind you will be on your *** if driving normally. since first gear is so short.
