Default What do you guys do about SCRATCHES on glass???

Got a few light scratches on my rear window how do I remove them or atleast minimize the appearance.

Try sanding it off or go w/ a rubbing compound, in case you're not sure, I'm definitely kidding. To my knowledge there is nothing that can be done about scratches in glass other then buy new glass, unfortunatly.

worth a try : 0000 guage stealwool with soap and water

For gods sake...

Ok, this helped me A LITTLE... Not a whole lot but I used some Meguires #7 on my windows and finished them off with some NXT wax...

Don't sand or use stealwool

0000 is the guage of the stealwool its really really fine .. feels like coton works great for polishing glass or taking overspray off ..try not to use in on the inside it will mess tint up but on the out side its great :: but you are right in some sence .. never use sand paper
