I bought a 91 integra....and the automatic driver side seat belt does not work...i changed the seatbelt control module and it still wont work...HELP!!!

 

first of all do not post ur thread twice the same thing... before mods kick u outta here..


now ur seatbelt wont work wutcha mean it dont work wut does it do ? it wont click in, it wont roll back in, or u cant pull it at all .. can u be more specific..???

 

The seat belt wont roll back.the automatic seat belt wont work...does not move..

 

take it to the dealer, seatbelts are covered by warranty for the life of the car. its a DOT regulation.

 

hey, same thing happend to me a while back, it worked when i got in my car, then i turn the key off, and the belt goes back down like normal.. then i get in the car, close the door, turn the key on, and the belt doesnt go back...

i took it to acura and they told me that the rubber striping that the seatbelt thingy goes up and down between, can get old and start to break off, and sometimes it can get stuck in the seatbelt track.

so they just cleaned out the track that it slides on, and WALLA... it was fixed

also there was no charge as it is a safty feature of the vehicle that always stays under warranty as someone else stated above
