Default Wheel lock help! *pics inside*

i got a set of mcgard wheel locks. person who sold it to me told me its for acura/honda.
i got ls/gs mesh on my civic hatch (stock acrua wheels)
but putting them on today makes me think they are not for my wheels!
heres why:
first it doesnt fit my tire wrench (so i used a monkey wrench to put it on):

this is how it looks on my car:

and finally oem on left and mcgard lock nut on right...notice the rounded/acorn edge of oem and sharper/straighter taper end to the mcgard.

please let me know if these lock nuts can b used properly on my wheels!
thanks!
andy

If they are tightened all the way and there is any sort of gap between them then don't use them.

You need a larger lug wrench for the McGard's wheel lock key.

However, as Hayabusa160 stated - you should not be using tapered style lugs on OEM wheels.
