i do not see why it could not be used

i have a DynaMax TIG welded canister with a 2.5" inlet and 2.75" outlet and i love the way it sounds with a resonator added int eh system

it looks rather stock and sounds awesome

This is what I'm doing on the 10 of July.

Sorry for the large photo, copied it from the autox chapter. Just got a OBX 4-1 header($135), running 2.25 piping, flex coupler, new cat, 17" resonator, dynomax ultra-flow welded, 2.5 inlet/ 2.5 outlet. Going to tuck it underneath and so you will only see a 2.5 dump-out pipe from the rear.

... that sleeper look **** is getting old.

I get annoyed when I see "nifty" ideas turning into trends.

oem looking mufflers,
then painted black mufflers,
now invisible mufflers

Not going for the trend. Doing it for ground clearance. Have duel fart cans in the rear now (old school) and going in and out of parking lots, get that nice metal dragging sound. Not real flat here.

To each his own!!!

I like that muffler. It looks pretty dam good. I think it would give you some performance and get away from the canister look....
I shouldnt talk though. I just bought a canister, it does the trick nicely. With 2/1/2'' piping all the way back, its loud as hell!

it did the trick.

Yowzers! That swaybar and lower tiebar is beefy looking and mean Can you make anymore of those? I personally like there dual canister mangaflow since I want something a little different for my SE-R. I think the one you were checking out is pretty nice for the price also. Same thing pretty much as a Es' oval but like 50 bucks cheaper.

I just installed the entire Magnaflow cat back system on my 92 Si. I am very pleased. It is all mandrel bent stainless with a stainless resonator. It was about $350 installed. I also have a custom made exhaust with a Magnaflow canister and resonator on my S2000. Just make sure you get the right fitment for your car and I am sure you will be pleased with it. They make quality stuff.

I'm getting tired of smelly oppinions

All I know is the kiddies around here with a sleeper look don't seem to street rice as much so at the very least it's a positive

Is that Shaun's EK K20? That exhaust is PIMP. I would go with that if I wasnt getting the Spoon N1.

I understand what your saying, but, if it flows good, and draws less attention from cops, especially out here in Cali, thats why I plan on doing it. Trendy, I think its just a HT thing, because I haven't seen too many hondas on the road with their exhausts painted black. You gotta remember, theres a lot of us here on HT, but were very small percentage of the Honda population.

I'm not disagreeing with you or trying to argue, just simply stating my opinion.

Anyways to get back on topic, that muffler should work just fine for you, you'll have to get piping done obviously, or just have it welded onto your current system. But this will be a good flowing, low noise level exhaust.
