does any body know the torque spec for b18b w/ stock bolts w/ oem headgasket? i searched and they are ALL refereing to APR bolts which im not using. but after reading the search threads im concluding that the torque spec is anywhere from 65 to 75# with 10w-30 oiled bolts?

i believe you tighten them all to 22lbs first, then doe em all again to 55 lbs

get a haynes manual or something. 75 seems awful high.

First step is 22lb/ft, second step (and final) is 63lb/ft - this is only for (new) OEM bolts!

The sequence for removal and instalation is: (incase you didn't know)

8 - 4 - 2 - 6 - 10

7 - 3 - 1 - 5 - 9

The 2 longer bolts are in 1 & 2
