Well I've decided to turbo my f22 since I don't have the money to spend on an h22 and can get the power I want out of my f22. Since I don't plan on stayin at 7grand all day the vtec wouldn't help me neway. So I am looking for some advice on how much and what exactly I need to do to my block ect. to make it ready for turbo ab 12-15psi daily driver. Hopefully... So like I said Need info on what I need to do to get my engine ready for this amnt of boost. Any info appreciated.

I dont know a lot about F22 engines, but if you want to push that kind of PSI with that motor and dont want to do an entire rebuild, heres what I would do. I would get new rings as well as pistions. I would have a blockguard properly installed and then have the rods shot peen'd. Get a good fuel management system that will keep up with the PSI you plan on running. Or if you have big swingers, buy a spare F22 block and boost the stock one till you get the power you want out of it or it blows... Thats just my 02 cents tho...

EDIT: If your pushing 15psi on a T25 or T66, theres gonna be a big difference in flow of CFMs. How much power are you looking to put out or how fast are you wanting to go?

thats a pretty broad and high range especially if u only wanna boost 12-15 lbs. i'd say do the usual sleeving, pistons and rods, polished crank, bearings, clutch. also u wouldnt wanna use any of those two turbo's listed. the t25 would be to small and the t66 would be too big. you can get those numbers with a t3/t4. you can find compressor maps on turbonetics site or cheapturbos site(i think) or majestic's site

 

I'm collecting the parts to boost my f22 'lude right now. I got a t3/t4, a t25 would be way too small for our engine like flip said. And another piece of advice he was right about was getting an extra block to see how much it can take then just use the extra one you have and go with that(You can get a whole f22 engine for $200). I'm going to get an extra block and run uberdata and see how much psi I can squeeze out of it.
