Default clutch problems

ok everytime im at a stop and put it in first and start to let the clutch out its sounds like a grinding noise. i have fidanza 7lbs f/w and a comp 6 puck ironman clutch. it started after the track on sunday. any one got any ideas?

how long have you had the clutch and flywheel? were new bearings put in when you installed it? was everything lubed correctly?

sometimes the pressure plate fingers will make a horrid squeak/grind noise when being broken in

well ive hand the clutch for like 2 months that the noise its making i thought maybe i bent a finger
