88-91 Manual Civic Steering rack for DA??

I'm sure this has been killed to death but I just want to know if an 88-91 Civic rack will "Bolt On" Is this a simple swap?

why is power steering a bad thing again?

When you have power steering, you can't feel the road conditions as well as when you have a manual set-up. You get a tighter feel of the road loss some weight of the car and you loss the belt off the pump. the only disadvantage is that at low speeds you can't turn as easily.
