Default can you saftly boost a B18C5?

as the title says... can you saftly boost a B18C5? i was wondering because alot of ppl say that you cant boost B18C5s because of the high compression but i was looking at the compression ratio compaired to the B18C engine and its only .2 more so if poeple have saftly boosted B18C's then why is it i hear that you cant boost a B18C5 because of the high compression when it is not that much more?

Yes, it's perfectly possible. May I take this opportunity to emphasize the importance of proper engine management.
