Default Redline MTL for GSR 5sp tranny. Which weight?

It shows 2 types of redline MTL's in the Summit catalog. I'm gonna change my transmission oil. Which weight is optimum? SAE 70W80 or 90wt?

I'm pretty sure there are only 2 types of Redline manual trans. fluid, the MTL and the MT90. MT90 is what you DON'T want. MTL conforms to 10w30 viscosity specs and is suitable for use in Honda trannys.
