these minor mods justify hondata or vafc tuning?
After researching what mod to get next and trying to decide how far i want to go with it, i decided that anything else i really do to my engine will require tuning to get the full benefit from my package (and avoid running lean). But the cost of adding cams, or a 4-1 header PLUS tuning is over my budget.
right now on my jdm b18c gsr engine i'm using a usdm p72. So effectively my mods are...
0.6 cr increase
intake
header (stock jdm gsr has bigger collector)
high flow cat
2 1/4" straight thru exhaust
I've done a lot of searching, but most hondata people have lots more mods and even more seem to have boost. Hoping for some real world experience from minor modded hondata people (or even vafc).

if you want some good management but can't afford hondadata then you might want to look into uberdata. I've only heard good things and plan on running it when i get boost.

Uberdata gets a huge
from me.
I didnt want to dish out $200 for the ECU so I took my automatic P06, chipped it to a VTEC manual P06 then chipped it with Uberdata to run a stock P28 program. Runs my motor like a champ and now I can tune everything I want.
Also, I will be using it for when I go boosted :D

you still have to pay someone to dyno tune it tho eh? Can just any dyno guy tune it or is it meant to be just a DIY street tune setup. The dyno tuner has to have the uber progs setup on his system no?
I've read a bit about it but not enough.
