What EQ deck would you buy I have personally had the Kenwood, but sold it about 2 years ago when I sold my previous car. So now after two years of not having a system AT ALL in my car I am putting one together. I now that the Kenwood has an 11 band EQ while the Pioneer has a 13 band, I think the pioneer would have a better range and probably have more versatility. But not sure which to get because when I had my Kenwood I loved it, since I could adjust my hole system like I wanted to. So I really need some advice from people that know their **** or had a Pioneer or Kenwood. They retail for $300, Egay has nice prices for around $150 to $200 shipped NEW, thats were I got my previous Kenwood from.

Never had one, but always wanted one. Do those work with other brand head units like a regular EQ or are the specific to Pioneer and Kenwood?
My friend has that pioneer eq.. im sure he is willing to selling it PM me with a offer if interested... its a pretty nice eq.. i played with it a bit, im a alpine fan but this pioneer eq wouldn't be a bad investment. i like the presets.. I duno about that kenwood... looks kinda "boonie" aka "micky mouse" to me.. lol
(old skool term hope you get it)

Ya went with the Pioneer DEQ-7600, but have a Kenwood CD deck. Talk about not matching. It is in a EK I can put the EQ in the bottom were the cup holder is and the CD deck were the OEM fits in to. Just need a nice alarm to go with it.
