Hooking up EGR valve question 90 STD w/89HF motor

I put a HF motor in my 90 STD. The STD harness does not have a plug for the EGR valve and EGR control solenoid. It runs fine with out it , but i have a code 12 (EGR valve) but it idles horribily. Has any one ever wired one up? It has 3 wires on the EGR valve. Any input would greatly be appreciated

is it me , or i beleive the Honda HF motor doesnt have EGR on it..........

Add the wires for the EGR.

Ok i understand that but the egr valve has 3 wires 1 groun 1 signal and 1 power? If it need 5v of power where do i get it from? just tie into another sensor?
