Throwout And Pilot Bearing ?'s

Tried searching, but couldn't get this answer... Are throwout bearings and pilot bearings for say a 99 SI interchangeable with a GSR motor? I need to replace both, but the nearest Acura dealer is an hour and a half away... Honda parts are easy to get though... Need to know ASAP...
