I'm pretty much finished with my setup, but I have some questoins. Should the system be pressurised? seems like there is alot of air in my system is that normal?

If someone has a good like to how to set one up, please post.

your page asks for a user and password. My Vortech isn't pressurized but if your intercooler is only half full of water it's not going to cool as efficiently.
