engine installing about sensors
i have a problem im installing an 95 jdm gsr engine into a 2000 civic si and i can detepick witch sensor of my harnis for the civic goes into the engine if any one could help me it would be very helpfull u can email at wutang68@optonline.net or im me at mafiakid566.
yes, a 95 jdm gsr motor can definately go into a 99-00 civic si...i would call hasport & get some mounts. do an obd2>obd1 conversion & use a hondata ecu

...please check your local laws regarding dropping your 95 gsr motor in your 99-00 civic si. if i am not mistaken, the laws in my state stipulate that you can drop a motor from the same year as your car is titled or newer. in other words, my state will not allow me to swap a motor which is older than your shell due to emmission restrictions.

Yeah, some states require that the engine be the same year or newer than the year of the vehicle you're putting it in.
same thing as switching from obd2- obd1. States dont allow it because of emissions standards.
