Default 90 Civic HB STD REAR Seats

How do I remove the rear seats?
The bottom part, I think there is a bolt underneath the car that I have to undo.

The back part, I have no idea how to remove those.

I tried looking in the Chiltons but nothing there about seats.

pop out the little 'u' clips on each side of the seats closest to the windows. I let the back seats down and then popped them out. Once the clips are out, slide the seats over and pull out. The bottom part of the seat is held by a 10mm bolt, thats in between the top halves. Hope you understand what I mean

If you're facing towards the rear of the car, the U clips should be in the bottom left corner and the bottom right corner.
I have found those clips.
How do you remove those?

For the Back Support part of the seat, there is a 10 mm bolt right in the middle of it, where it connects?

Do you have pictures, it would be much appreciated?

Thanks Karl

Pop the 'u' clips out with a screw driver. The top portion of the seats (that fold down) are not connected to the bottom part (the part you sit on) I can try to take a few pics. Give me a sec

Hope that this helps. And don't mind the junk, I just cam back from the H-T meet in Alabama

The U shapes clips are here, same goes for the other side

Slide the seats toward the windows and the pull it out. That will expose the 10mm bolt holding the bottom of the seats.

Thanks a lot for the help.
Those pictures really did help.

I did get those U clips out from the seat, it just took a screwdriver and popped those right out.
I don't like how the seats were designed.

I didn't know about how the bottom seats have to come out from the back just through that 10mm.

Thank you for the help, it was very much needed.
