b17 block

would a b17 block fit on a b16 head?

A b16a head would fit on a b17a block..theyre are exactly the same.The blocks are also the same.The main difference is the crank has a few more mm's of stroker and slightly shorter rods.

I'm pretty sure the cams are different also.
