Default Help: 97 prelude base 5 spd, clutch pedal is floppy, and will not engage. please help.

Help me please. I have a 97 prelude base 5 speed. The clutch is in great shape, i am positive. So i came out to my car this morning, to go to work, and i turned on the car, and that went great, but my clutch pedal was completely floppy, and i could not put the car into any gear. I checked the master cylinder fluid, and it was empty, so i filled it up, but still the clutch is not working, it feels like the spring mechanism, or hydraulic mechanism just doesn't work anymore. Do you have to bleed the clutch fluid? someone help me please.
