It will probably spool late, but i've seen a few guys around here on honda-tech running this turbo on b16s and making good power. Might want to do a little research since im not a b16 guy, but it has been used on b16's before. Let me know.

S-housing uses a larger inlet and outlet. Flows more air, but I hear it's a little less efficient than the E.
