would a bad cylinder position sensor cause the car not to start?
i've had a no starting problem for 3 weeks now, there is spark, fuel, and the timing is right, the last time i tried to start it it threw a code 9, which is the cylinder position sensor.
BTW its a crx w/ b20

ya timing is perfect. it was running fine, then the next morning i went out to start it and it wouldnt go.
well i have had a code 9 on a few diffrent occasions and it never caused my car not to start.... did you do anything else to the car???
nope, just stock b20, with aem fuel pressure regulator. it ran really strong, for one day, then didnt go again. i changed the distributor out of a known running car. i'm completely out of ideas, i'm going out tonight to check resistances.
maybe you blew a fuse..... does your check engine light come on for a few seconds when cranking???? check fueses under hood and dash carefully...also check ecu to see if the light blinks....
