Default Still no solution to why my car won't start. HELP!!!

Alright, I have a 1999 Civic EX. My car died about a month ago while I was driving. I was going about 25mph and all of a sudden I felt this jerk..........then the car died! I rotated the crank with the valve cover off to see if it was the timing belt........and it's not that. I replaced all the spark plugs..........and it's not that either. My CEL codes are:
1 O2A - Oxygen sensor #1
9 CYP - cylinder sensor
71 random misfire cylinder 1
73 random misfire cylinder 3
I checked to see if the fuel pump was priming when the ignition is turned to the II position and it was fine. Then I replaced the distributor because of the CYP and the car still won't start! When I went to check to see if I had spark by touching the spark plug to metal I had nothing. Why don't I have a spark? It's a new distributor. What could be another possible problem? TIA

try changing the ecu with a buddy that has the same engine and is obd2, your problem could be there, and check all your fuses, its might be your 7.5 backup fuse

What fuse number are we talking about here? The only back-up fuse that I see is fuse #19, and that's for back-up lights.

in your engine bay check all the fuses in that box, the ecu back up fuse is in there it is a 7.5 amp fuse, but check all of them,
