replacing front brake pads on 2004 EX

I am replacing the front brake pads on my 2004 Accord EX v-6. There are 2 types of anti-squeak available for the shims. One is like a lube and the other is blue and is like a glue. Which do I put on the shims. Glue or Lube?

i beleive the blue glue is the one... not 100% sure.
