Bolt Removal Tip
Just thought I'd post this here since I haven't seen anyone else mention it, and broken bolt removal questions seem common. Drill into the broken screw or bolt with a left handed (also called reverse) drill bit. 9 times out of ten the bolt comes out without the use of a screw extractor. In the one time it doesn't, you still have a great pilot hole to use the extractor.
I've been using them for a long time, and a set of reverse drill bits is worth it's weight in gold.
NOTE: You need to be using your drill in reverse when using these bits to drill (duh).
