what header for a gsr?
if you have the money, there is no doubt in my mind that you should use the comptech tri-y or hytech header. imo, they are the best header on the market with the most power gains.
if you dont have the money, go for a JDM type-r header with the 2.5 in collector.
deciding which header to go with also depends on you, wether you want more mid range or top end power. a 4-2-1 header will give you mid-range power, while a 4-1 header will give you more top end. in the end, its all up to your preference.

If you are tight on money I would suggest the DC JDM 4-1 (2.5 inch collector) but if you really want some power (and can afford it) I would go with hytech (I did) then smsp or toda.
I have also seen some pretty good results from bisimoto's header but you cant run a/c with that one.
search for the great header test under Bert-O 's name and that will give you a good head start in finding a header you like
