Default need help

i am trying to build a type-r motor and am wondering if i used ctr pistions with like a stage 3 skunk2 camshafts will there be enough valve clearence, the reason wyh i ask is because i am trying to get high compression and am doing all motor. i am just looking for any help full info and facts. and ways to figure out diffrent valve cleraqnces with diffrent pistion to cam setups.
