replacing muffler

Default replacing muffler

i recently put my stock muffler back on but now it wont bolt back up. i wasnt realy paying attention to the guy i got it from but i think he sed i need a new gasket.i can get one bolt in but the other one wont go in far enough. what do i need?

Is the pipe bent in any way? Has it been modified? Try loosening the other bolts, re-align the one you can't get in and then tighten it all down. Remember to spray down all the bolts with WD40 to prevent any breakage. Good luck.

no its all straight and its stock. i think one bolt might just be stripped but i went to a hardware store and couldnt find the sameone. but i dont need a gasket or anything like guy said?
