Default K Series Engine Question

I currently have an H22 prelude and am not too familiar with the K series. Just for fun I was over at an Acura dealership yesterday talking to a sales guy about an RSX-S. He mentioned that honda put a timing chain in it instead of a belt, is this true?

Yes, timing is controlled by a chain rather than a belt.

it's the VTC function.
