Default Amp power and grounding with power distribution block

Hey, quick question. I have two amps, one for my speakers, one for my sub. I am running a 4 awg power cable from my battery to a power distro block. From there, I have two 8 awg cables running out to the amps. My issue is with the grounding. Do I ground each amp with a 8 or 4 awg cable? How do I set up my grounding cables? Thanks!

you could do the same, run a 4awg from a good ground point and 8awg from the amps to a distro block that goes to the 4awg

Every connetion you make has resistance, so the less connetions the better.

Run your amp grounds to the same spot as close to amps as you can.

hope this helps. 94

With a ground distribution block, Ground a string of 4GA wire (you choose your length and location) and stick the open end into the Ground Dist. Block. Then, spit 2 8GA strings out and to both of the amps.
