yes but why would you do this?

get some rods to go with it. it will be worth it to save up the $400 they cost.

becaus ei have some ITR jdm & usdm but i spray alot and really dont know how long the would last so, i wanted to get something better than them

Yes, they do work on stock rods. I have them on my GSR rods with ARP rod bolts and its fine. But don't use the spiral locks, the pins must be pressed or heated onto the rods.

 

what compression are you running, i want like 12.5. also can any normal machine shop press them in or do you recommend a certain type or place?

they are going in a gsr but i have an ls/vtec that i might want them in as well
