Default Dan GSR r0x!

Drove up to Long Island today to pick up some bling from Dan. $40 in tolls there and back is pretty ******* rediculous, although still easier than dealing with shipping.

Bar

Trim Panels out in 5 minutes, w00t!

No install yet, after 11 hrs on the road (4 up, 7 back - dayum traffic) I'm too tired to be doing any drilling.

No Problem, = Expo =

I like that crash protection thing...

I hope all that shinny stuff on the dash is not a product that makes it do that

RJ= master of bling and shinny things!

Let me take a guess, your either going to have that bar powder coated or sprayed. Because you simply can't stand seeing dirt inside the car?

I've thought about it

Not sure whether I want to go through the hassle though. I may just toss a coat of glossy Krylon on it before it goes in for final install.

I would of course prefer to have it anodized and chrizzomed

are you going to remove the bar that runs under where the seats were?

I had them out on my 91 integra, I dont think they weighed in at more than a few lbs.

If you don't mind me asking RJ, how much did you pick that up for?

I am thinking about taking my Kirk out and selling it, and have no idea what to ask for it...

nice

Installing these arent all that hard.....my 6pt i bought from Wai, went on in about 2 hours or so, with all the drilling, test fitting and pulling it in and out about 3-4 times to make sure everything was still cool...and that included shooting a few coats of flat black paint on it too

Should make a pretty good difference....dont ask me how big..i havnt driven my car with the cage in it yet and its been about 3 months already

Dat one is a little different than mine, my harness bar and crossbrace don't intersect like that. Perhaps it's a newer design?

Oh yah, check for Chris N's (I think it was Chris N anyway) post about leaving your rear speakers in, it's really not worth taking them out IMHO. Stereo really sucks w/o them

I only run the front component speakers on my GSR, so taking the rears out is/was not an issue.

Looks nice RJ...nice steering wheel too
